I am currently a graduate student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, getting my Master of Arts in Journalism degree. When I first came to Mizzou for my undergraduate degree, I wanted to be a writer.

I quickly realized that reporting wasn't for me. For the longest time, I thought being a reporter was something that I had to do, so what was left?

I realized that I wanted to help the newsroom in any way I could, and that led me to news producing. I want to be the most versatile news producer possible, and every day that goal is becoming a reality. Whether it is a digital news website, filimg/editing a video for social, recording an audio story, engagement planning for a features story, I am your guy.
